Terms and Conditions – 788 Bet Pakistan Official Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 788 Bet platform, making a deposit, placing any bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 788 Bet website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 788 Bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 788 Bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players accessing 788 Bet, including visitors who have not yet registered. They apply to all games, sports betting markets, promotions, bonuses, and other features available on the 788 Bet platform.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing 788 Bet as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and that the funds you use for betting are genuinely yours and obtained through lawful means.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a 788 Bet account you must be:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• A natural person (companies and legal entities may not hold player accounts)
• Not currently self-excluded from 788 Bet or subject to any active account restriction
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 788 Bet account. You may not register additional accounts under your own name, under another name, using another email address, another mobile number, or from another device or IP address. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery function or contact support — do not register a new account.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC), a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. 788 Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts providing false information will be suspended pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs on your account. 788 Bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 788 Bet support immediately. You should use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

788 Bet may require you to complete identity verification at any point — before processing your first withdrawal, when you reach certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or if the risk team flags unusual activity. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Currency

All transactions on 788 Bet — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and bet settlements — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied on your end.

3.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. 788 Bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be reversed and the account reviewed.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes for standard accounts. IBFT withdrawals to bank accounts take 2–4 business hours. VIP Diamond and Legend members receive priority processing.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 5,00,000 (standard accounts); higher limits apply for VIP tiers
• No withdrawal fee on amounts below Rs 1,00,000
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals can only be made to methods in the account holder's own name

3.4 Withdrawal Holds

788 Bet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Players will be notified by email if a hold is applied. Typical resolution time is 24–72 hours.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by 788 Bet are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time (welcome bonus, reload bonus, or cashback)
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met
• All bonuses have an expiry period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period
• 788 Bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if abuse is suspected
• Players must opt in to each promotion unless stated as automatic

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion is a deposit-match (in which case it may apply to the combined deposit + bonus amount).

Wagers placed using bonus funds count toward wagering requirements at different rates depending on the game:

• Live Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar: 100% contribution
• Sports betting (PSL and other markets): 100% contribution
• Aviator: 100% contribution
• Progressive jackpot games (if applicable): 10% contribution

4.3 Welcome Bonus

New players at 788 Bet are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 25,000 on their initial qualifying deposit. The minimum deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The welcome bonus carries a standard wagering requirement as stated in the welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.

4.4 VIP Club Cashback

4.5 Referral Bonuses

Bonuses earned through the 788 Bet Refer a Friend programme are credited once the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit and completes the stated wagering requirement. Referral bonuses are subject to the terms on the Refer a Friend page. Self-referrals (referring yourself using a secondary account or family member's account to receive referral bonuses) constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 788 Bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. 788 Bet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed on insider information, following a system error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement.

5.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Baccarat — use real cards dealt by real dealers in professionally certified studios. Game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing of cards and cannot be altered by software. In the event of a technical failure during a live round, the round may be voided and all bets returned. Video recordings of all rounds are retained and are available for dispute resolution.

5.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting, are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Bets are settled on the result at the end of normal play plus any official extra time or super overs as determined by the match format. 788 Bet is not responsible for errors in team or player information provided by third-party data feeds and reserves the right to correct settlements where errors are identified.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed at each game table and betting market before you place your bet. 788 Bet reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

5.5 System Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, network failure, or technical error that affects the normal operation of any game or bet settlement, 788 Bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to display errors, odds errors, and any other technical fault regardless of whether the player benefited or was disadvantaged by the error.

6. Responsible Gaming

788 Bet is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not as a legal formality, but as an actual obligation to our players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment with a budget, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If gambling stops being enjoyable and starts affecting your daily life, it's time to take a break.

The following tools are available to all 788 Bet players at no cost, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account
• Session limits — set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in a given period
• Reality checks — receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently
• Cool-off period — take a 24-hour or 72-hour break from betting without full self-exclusion

If you request self-exclusion, 788 Bet will close your account within 24 hours and will not contact you with marketing materials during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the stated period regardless of request.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 788 Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method or bank account for deposits or withdrawals
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds
• Using automated betting software, bots, macros, or any form of artificial account activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the 788 Bet platform, its software, or its databases
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering)
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account
• Making chargeback requests on deposits that have been legitimately wagered

788 Bet co-operates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. Any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 788 Bet platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 788 Bet or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any 788 Bet content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 788 Bet intellectual property may result in legal action.
